Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: board meetings, off-sites, brainstorming sessions, and presentations. INCLUDED - Ample seating with multiple separated spaces for breakouts - 80” TV with cable and HDMI capabilities - Surround sound audio with pre-set stations and Bluetooth capabilities - Full kitchen, including gas range, oven, and refrigerator - Space Needle and Skyline Views - WiFi and many outlets to keep your electronics going the whole day ** The main patio space is NOT included in the reservation. There is a small, private off-suite deck available. The event space is available for rent on weekdays, between 8 am and 7 pm. We are more than happy to schedule you in for a walk-through. If you would like to visit the space, please send us your preferred day/time.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
