About the Space
We're a ground Level Space, with over 3,000 Sq Ft, located in the heart of Long Island City, NY. We're blocks from the new Amazon HQ2, LIC Landing and the 7 Train. We also have Female and Male locker rooms with showers, and a full Weight Room in the back. We provide Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
General Rules
Absolutely no footwear on the Mat Space.
Absolutely no food or drinks on the Mat Space.
It is fine any where else inside the facility except the Mat Space.
Absolutely no Smoking is allowed inside the facility.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
