Thanks for checking out our listing! The studio is a 2,500 s.f. warehouse full of cool props to decorate your film set. We have plenty of on-site parking, with two large adjacent fenced lots. The warehouse is located in a residential area, with street parking plentiful as well. The warehouse is great for: -Photo Shoots -Music/Dance Videos -Film/TV/Video production -Student Films, Webisodes, Commercials, Feature Films... -Production office/offsite -Base Camp & Set/Prop Builds -Art Openings/Shows -Meeting -Events -Art Department Builds -Light industrial Use Inside the shop you'll find: - a double-wide roll up garage door... super easy access, drive right inside to unload your gear. - a growing collection of large, vintage neon signs. - a Harley -WWII era aircraft parts. -Vintage wooden ammo boxes -Cool antique car parts. -Wood beam ceilings in one part of the warehouse, vaulted corrugated tin the other half. -There's also a cinder block wall, and old gnarly industrial windows (west-facing with streaking afternoon sunlight) -Refrigerator to store cool drinks and food for you and your team! -Portable AC Different looks to choose from, all camera-ready at 360 degrees.

This space was perfect for what we needed! There are a lot of different areas/settings in this space and looks just like the pictures. There is also a lot of room/options to move props around to revision the space. The host was awesome and tentive.

Cool looking space to film in. Come prepared with your own lighting equipment. The host was nice, but I found a it a bit strange that he was on set and eating while we were trying to film scenes.
