About the Space

Welcome to our daylight photo studio in the heart of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Open floor plan photo studio comes with a 16x24 cyc and a functioning kitchen. Our goal is to provide a professional, yet laid back and intimate creative space that feels like home. Kitchen space includes all major kitchen appliances, chef's double door fridge, dish washer and stove top with convection oven. The studio itself is an intimate space with 40 feet of unobstructed southern exposure and our vintage wood flooring to give you a blank canvas on any shoot or event possibilities. The studio is 4000sq feet in total size. The main area is very furniture flexible with the exception of the kitchenette cabinet. Located right off the L Grand stop, we are located in between Williamsburg and Bushwick. We've hosted events that had a video taping of 150 guests to product launch parties that had more than 200 guests going in and out of our space in the duration of the event. Our goal is to provide a highly professional, yet laid back and intimate studio space for all your event needs. Parking There is street parking only. Parking spots can be found on Stagg St. (our street) and neighboring streets Bogart St. & Meadow Street are recommended. Best time to find parking is before 9am. Freight Dimensions Our freight elevator is fully automatic. The inside elevator dimensions are 104” in width and 83” deep. The inner front height is 117” and the inner back height is 142”. The elevator door opens up to 6’ in height x 7’ in width. Please inquire if you have any concerns regarding oversized or irregular-shaped items. Our building has a large loading dock next to the main building entrance making the freight elevator easily accessible.or irregular-shaped items. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
