Our stunning Sherman Oaks location is perfect for filming, movies, and commercials. It has been used for "The Gift" starring Joel Edgerton, Jason Bateman, and Rebecca Hall. It was recently used for the “L Word” and “Sleep Number Mattress" commercial. It is perfect for films, photoshoots, commercials and filimg music videos. The home is a beautiful post and beam 1962 architectural dream with a beautiful entryway Koi pond with a rustic natural setting and a magnificent skyline view. Walls of glass, cement, large fireplace, lots of wood and a contemporary feel. The kitchen is top grade with top grade designer amenities. The master bathroom includes a large jacuzzi tub, large champaign tub, a sauna, and an updated cement sink. Space is very easily accessible and the long driveway can hold several vehicles and vans. Nearby is Belaire, Brentwood, The Getty Center, and the Skirball Center. The home is near Sepulveda and Mulholland. The post and beam architecture is the most notable feature along with the wrap around patio. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard with a firepit. The house faces a treetop view of the city. There is a large downstairs rechreactional area with an additional bedroom and bathroom.

I have a full-time housekeeper who keeps the house impeccable. She is here five days a week and helps clean up on shoot days.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
