About the Space
The meeting room at Gathering Oaks Retreat is the perfect place for a business meeting, conference, party, or more formal retreat space. It can be rented at a daily rate without overnight accommodations or added to a lodging package. Max occupancy 50 persons. Includes 7-60 inch round tables, 4 rectangle tables, tablecloths and 50 white padded chairs. We do not provide AV equipment, but we do have a large screen TV in the room with HDMI capability plus free wifi. Comes with kitchenette including refrigerator, coffee pot, mugs, sink and microwave plus a full bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
