The space is a large open space, perfect for getting creative in, with a wall full of north facing windows, that provide the perfect ambient soft light all day long. Plenty of metered street parking. ** All renters are expected to feel comfortable using the gear available in the studio. Backdrops will not be set up for your shoot, if you need help setting up a back drop that can be added on for an extra fee.**

Safety is my number one priority. I ask that guest use mask while shooting. I will have hand sanitizer available in the the studio. I will be wiping down all touchable props, door handles and equipment between each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
