Beautiful, Unique 1946 Two-Story Colonial in Zilker

Colonial homes are rare in Central Texas and this one is a gem. Much of the house was kept original, including the hardwood floors and staircase. The updates include marble countertops and designer wallpaper plus a 300 sq ft screened in back porch. It would be a great location for film, TV, and commercial shoots.
