Colonial homes are rare in Central Texas and this one is a gem. Much of the house was kept original, including the hardwood floors and staircase. The updates include marble countertops and designer wallpaper plus a 300 sq ft screened in back porch. It would be a great location for film, TV, and commercial shoots. It is furnished with a beautiful mix of Colonial, Mid-Century Modern, and new designer furniture and art. Substituting the current furniture temporarily is an option but subject to discussion and additional fees. It was used as the set of a national Tide commercial in 2016.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
