About the Space
Mid-century modern home in Palm Springs, designed by noted architect Hugh Kaptur (famous for the Steve McQueen house). Four bedroom ranch style home with quartzite flooring throughout. Desert scaped front yard and a dreamy, grassy private backyard with unique boomerang shaped pool with views of the San Jacinto mountains. Eclectic artwork and furniture abound creating a unique, bohemian oasis.
General Rules
No smoking indoors.
No glass by the pool.
Any re-arrangement or removal of furniture/artwork must be pre-approved.
Any furniture or art work removed/moved must be put back in its original location.
All hourly rentals must include set-up and teardown time.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
