All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This Paradise Property is gated and secluded behind 8 ft stone walls. The Grand Entrance of this tuscan inspired villa opens to lavishly manicured park-like grounds with towering mature trees and lush tropical landscaping. Has a Semi Circle drive so can fit a few cars. The Outdoor Amenities alone can host large events. The Lower level outdoor space has a Junior Olympic Size pool with a Majestic Water Fall, loungers, umbrellas and heaters for those night swimmers . A fully designed outdoor Kitchen with its own Wood Burning Pizza Oven, stove, refrigerator, long dining table, Marble counter tops and stone back drops. Full Bathroom with a Steam Room under a Glass ceiling to view the night lights and stars. The lower level outdoor area also has a ground sunken Fire Pit seating area as well as a Flood-lit Basket Ball Court area lined with trees. To enter the home, you climb a Grand Cascading StairCase which leads into Bar/Game room area. This level has infinity windows that gives you a view of the entire grounds front and back. Equipped with a Full Bar, pool & ping pong table to entertain guests for hours. On the backside of the house, theres 2 additional seating areas, one with a fire pit and umbrellas and one intimate table seating, both overlooking a stunning glass fronted hot tub and another water fall cascading off the hill side. To have FULL ACCESS to ALL ROOMS: The Full hourly rate would be $700 hourly. Additional features of the house include 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. 2 bedrooms have balconies overlooking the beautiful tree lined hills of Laurel Canyon and the Elegant Master Suite has a sitting room, a private bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and Juliet balconies where you can get a view from each direction. Beautiful kitchen with viking appliances and sub-zero refrigerator, a Movie theater in this one of a kind home with expansive flat land and unwavering attention to detail in a prime location minutes to the sunset strip. TRASH: For All productions: Anything over 2 trash bags, will be required to dispose off-site. MOVING FURNITURE/OBJECTS: Only with verbal confirmation and under supervision by a representative. *Insurance is required *Filming Permits required *Drones are allowed *Trailers are allowed * No Pets allowed unless it is a trained Set animal *Generators are allowed * Great Wifi is available and pass codes will be available. *Mobile/cellular charging stations available *Quality environment to record clean dialogue & sound *Children are allowed with proper supervision ___________________________________________ There are plenty of outlets around the outside and inside of the property. There's plenty of space for Hair and makeups stations to be organized. There be an on-site manager present during the booking. Parking: Free Parking on the street (No Parking restrictions) is available and 6 cars on drive-way.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Our experience booking this space for our wedding celebration was beyond amazing-- we are truly blessed to have found this home, which largely created the memorable, unique experience and atmosphere we had. The space gives a relaxing yet elegant, classy Hollywood vibe -- gorgeous. Cheri and John were the sweetest hosts and so accommodating with all of our requests. We visited the property once more to confirm and finalize all of the details for the wedding. On the big day, they made sure the property was cleaned, trimmed up and looking beautiful for our event. They allowed my husband and friends to drop off items the morning-of, which was a lifesaver, and let us leave a few items to pick up the next morning because we simply couldn't fit it all in one trip with multiple vehicles. During the event, they worked with us for any and all technical assistance and also turned on the firepit/heat lamps as the evening went on. Cheri let us know that they had never had a wedding event in this space until ours, but our guests kept saying how gorgeous and perfect the home was for a wedding, which truly has a secluded oasis feel in Hollywood. This home is even more beautiful than pictures can show. This space allowed us to have the simple yet elegant wedding we envisioned -- we let the beauty of the venue speak for itself and kept decorations minimal. We had a dream wedding! We would recommend this space for any type of event -- you will have a magical experience!

Yes, I would book again.

Cheri was so nice and flexible with our last minute plans. The space is even more beautiful in person!! She is super accommodating, helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would love to come back for any sort of occasion. Backyard is suitable for all different types of events/parties. It was a really important night of celebration for us and Cheri helped make it happen!!

Yes, I would book again.

I had a party for my daughter here, however we had to shut down the party early because neighbors complained about noise and totally messed up our party. Its is nice venue for a quite get together, nothing else

Our company had the best Summer Party ever. So much so, they did not want to leave. Our host Cheri was beyond generous and the food kept coming from her Chef Rebecca (which was fabulous). 100 people dined, lounged, played Basketball, table tennis, sat in the Jacuzzi, drank cocktails and lounged in all the very special areas of the property. I must say we did "surrender ourselves to extravagance" cannot wait for the next one!

Such an amazing home! We rented this house for a large event and the hosts were extremely accommodating. They certainly made the entire experience much less stressful. The house was even better than pictured. Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. Our event went very well.

I threw a high-level celebrity event at Cheri's beautiful estate, and the only thing as incredible as the home and its grounds is Cheri herself. I've had friends who've rented mansions for events in the past, where the homeowner's personality tainted the entire event. However, with Cheri, it was the complete opposite. From start to finish, she was absolutely exceptional. Not just warm and inviting, but sharp as a tack and provided incredible insight throughout the planning process and execution, going above and beyond to ensure that our event was a massive success. I cannot recommend her more highly. Anyone would be lucky to be able to meet her and throw an event at her awe-inspiring home.

Our organization used this space for our annual formal, and I couldn't be happier with the venue or the host! Cheri was wonderful, and her helpfulness made for a smooth and seamless event, despite our own personal hiccups. The space, itself, was beautiful, eliciting "awed" reactions from our guests!I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a space in the future!
