To have FULL ACCESS to ALL ROOMS: The Full hourly rate would be $700 hourly. Additional features of the house include 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. 2 bedrooms have balconies overlooking the beautiful tree lined hills of Laurel Canyon and the Elegant Master Suite has a sitting room, a private bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and Juliet balconies where you can get a view from each direction. Beautiful kitchen with viking appliances and sub-zero refrigerator, a Movie theater in this one of a kind home with expansive flat land and unwavering attention to detail in a prime location minutes to the sunset strip. TRASH: For All productions: Anything over 2 trash bags, will be required to dispose off-site.
