Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street and meticulously renovated to showcase an open floor plan with three levels that are seamlessly connected by a floating, metal and wood staircase, this 3000 sqft loft boasts industrial light fixtures, a color-coded library, skylights and Cabrio balconies on the upper level as well as a secluded, furnished rooftop adorned with Bamboo. The sun-flooded chef's kitchen overlooks a large landscaped and decked garden. This striking, minimalist home's decor gracefully combines mid-century and 50's industrial furniture with sensual touches from the middle east. - Parlor floor and upper level have 10-foot ceilings - All parts of the house can be used for shoots - Kitchen has commercial range - kitchen faces south Note that the rate is for 15 people. $ 350.00 an hour from 15 to 30 people $ 400.00 an hour from 30 to 50 people
