About The Dragonfly Agency
This is a beautiful 3,800 square foot split level studio and multi-purpose space with white walls and 24 ft high ceilings in the heart of the DTLA Arts District. There are industrial windows on the first floor and mezzanine level that let in lots of natural light. The entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access. There is a kitchen, with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler and a bathroom. In addition to the studio there is a reception area, conference room and 2 living rooms. The studio is fully equipped with two AC's and power outlets on every wall. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convent stores, all within walking distance. The studio holds 25 - 50 comfortably.

Wow, what a place! The location and the venue is incredible and highly recommend if you are planning to host a Birthday, Work, or Friendsgiving. I hosted my Friendsgiving and it was perfect! Pascal is an amazing host and you can't get a better host in my opinion. So once again, thank you Pascal!

Can not say enough great things about this space and the hosts. My special event was 100000x more special because of their STUNNING loft, their incredible hospitality, their helpful communication, and the way they genuinely cared to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Would ABSOLUTELY book again. So grateful to have found this spot and these amazing folks.

Pascal was a fantastic host, and the place was amazing. I hosted a small birthday party for my girlfriend, and it was just right. We played music, hung out, talked, and enjoyed the pool table. It was the perfect spot for a fun and memorable time.

Pascal is pleasant, fresh, and sophisticated. Our group loved the space. We weren’t micromanaged or overcharged random fees the platform allows hosts to apply for no reason at all. My group felt they were treated fairly — I concur. Definitely will return if Pascal approves.

What a great space for a team meeting! Previously we would rent lecture type spaces and staff would just park in a seat with their backpack and laptop and not move about the space to socialize. The variety of seating groups at Dragonfly Agency enabled us to move around comfortably, openly socializing with each other, like we would at a party. This is exactly what we needed to help drive remote collaboration after the event was completed. Pascal was a very kind and attentive host. We had zero issues with parking. Having the bodega a couple doors down was really convenient. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Perfect, versatile space for my creative workshop! Plenty of space to spread out, easy hook up to wifi/bluetooth for music and super convenient parking (especially on a Sunday). Pascal and Stasia are also super sweet, responsive and wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again and recommend!
