Free onsite parking

We have two parking lots with one being right in front of our building. Plenty of free parking. Enough to fit 2 tour buses.

We run the entire building so there is plenty of privacy however since we are also next to a road that can be fairly busy you can sometimes hear vehicles drive by.

Ground Floor

Equipment can be loaded in directly to the sound stage via the front or back door both of which go right into the sound stage from our front and back parking lot.

Our conference room can be used as a temporary Green Room. It also has it's own mini fridge and bathroom.

Our production offices are off limits but other than that guests may film anywhere inside and around our building.

There are plenty of outlets scattered throughout the sound stage with easy access. Our circuit breaker is located next to the fridge in our cafe are.

No smoking No alcohol No drugs (including marijuana) Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed Pet friendly OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at our normal stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

You have full access to any furniture we have. Decorations can be hung on the wall but we ask to know in advance the exact details before doing so.
