About the Space
Our beautiful lounge and outdoor terrace are perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Enjoy grilling and soaking up some rays or stargazing by the fireplace! Pool use not permitted. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Courtney was great to work with however we did have issues with the HOA on site giving us trouble with balloons to direct our guests to the clubhouse. The entrance is quite hard to find, and we were told on the reservation instructions that it was ok to put signs and balloons up to direct guests to the entrance. However the HOA was difficult and had very specific requests as to what could be put where and were not helpful at all. Otherwise the site is beautiful and the actual clubhouse was great. We enjoyed having our event there

Dear Courtney/PeerSpace Support Team, I am writing to formally request a refund, or at least a partial refund, for the booking at Mesa Terrace in Costa Mesa on November 2, 2024, which was supposed to be from 7 PM to 12 AM. Unfortunately, due to multiple issues with our reservation, our event was significantly impacted. Upon arrival at 6 PM for a 6:30 PM setup, we were unable to access the space until approximately 7:30 PM because the venue was still occupied by a prior group. Despite multiple requests, the prior occupants refused to vacate, resulting in a police presence and even an altercation in which one member attempted to get physical with my mother. Additionally, we encountered further issues with incorrect access codes, leaving our setup team & guests— who were extremely inconvenienced, outside in the rain with no response from you to my calls, texts, and messages through PeerSpace. We were ultimately unable to begin our event until around 8:45 PM, causing a substantial delay and resulting in a shorter-than-expected event duration. Finally, we had to clean up after the prior group who had left the space in disarray. Given the delays, safety concerns, and mismanagement, I am requesting a full or partial refund to account for the wasted time and the effort required to prepare the space ourselves. Beautiful, spacious venue! It served all my needs for hosting a retreat for 15 women. Multiple use spaces with great lighting. Space was clean, had all we needed to set up food and have multiple seating areas. Courtney was very responsive and attentive to my needs and concerns. Great experience all around. Just hope they fix the elevator to make set up easier. Warning to renters that you need to plan for parking. Very limited guest spaces available. Small hurdle for a wonderful venue.

We needed a last minute place to throw our son a graduation party. Nice spacious venue, good for big groups. it was very clean , codes all doors worked with no issues. Had a tough time setting up due to the elevator not working. Parking was also tough but all worked out. Host responded in a timely manner. Would book again in the future. Thank you

Beautiful venue, no issues experienced! The set up and clean up was extremely seamless. The space itself was extremely spacious and accommodated many guests given the huge tables. The kitchen was functioning perfectly as well. We didn’t run into any issues with unwanted guests. Codes worked fine as well. Parkour is paid but guests had no issues with that. My only suggestion is to ask ahead of time where garbage cans are because we did have trouble finding them at the end of the night.

Parking is also a huge issue as the building itself does not have parking nor is there street parking directly outside. We hosted our event after hours and ran into issues getting our computer connected - there was no one available to help, we were on hold with maintenance and trying all the numbers given to us and ultimately didn't get help. The pictures are really accurate and a very nice space, but was not suitable to our needs.
