THE SPACE Hours of Operation - 9:00am-12:00am Minimum Reservation - 2 hour Max Occupancy – 118 The Great Room is 2156 sq. ft. (indoor only) and approximately 5000 sq. ft. when outside area is included. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES WiFi, full demonstration kitchen, dining area, fire place, outdoor terrace. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided and included in the booking rate. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We hosted our daughters 1st Birthday party at this event space. This space was absolutely amazing. So spacious, alot of seating, great interior decor, and very bright lighting with natural sunlight. We did have some issues with the front desk, not being on the same page as our host, but eventually the issues were resolved. The pool area outside was under construction and looked very messy, but this is probably temporary and we were just unlucky with timing. I'm sure it will look even better with the renovations they are making. However, all of the negatives were made up by Courtney, the host, and her excellent customer service. That is why I will book with her again in the future. We enjoyed the space and our guests did as well too.

This entire event space was a disaster. I visited the space in October and the grounds were amazing and the space layout was beautiful. Fast forward to today, and the grounds/walkway leading to the space was completely demolished and roped off because of construction, the elevator was inoperable, and the water wasn’t working. My poor grandparents who are in their 90s had to take the stairs to get to the event space—it was so bad, my brother and his friends ended up carrying them up! To top it off, when I brought my concerns up to the leasing staff they said “we weren’t your event coordinator.” So I tried calling and emailing Courtney... and 12 hours later, still have not received a response. This is ridiculous

The place looks nice and fancy. We threw an engagement party here around 50-55 people. It was pretty spacious. Courtney was very helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns. She’s very quick with response! All my guest loves it here. We got alot of compliment about the place

Space was amazing! Well lit and very accomidating. Scattered parking, difficult to give instructions to and the doors to the venue don't really stay open or have weights to help. Two restrooms and one person at a time could be an issue for larger/longer events also. Overall I would recommend the spaces at this location for smaller parties and under 3ish hours to be able to manage helping attendees find parking and the event space.

This room was beautiful and worked out well for my guest and I! We hosted a baby shower with around 60-80 people. Courtney was great to work with and very responsive and answered all of my questions.
