Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This place is a real gem. Turn of the century ballroom with lots of character. and what's best it's backed up by a team who are super helpful, service-oriented, and flexible. I found the Secret Ballroom when my original venue canceled on me 7 days before the party. They took care of catering, accommodated a DJ and a nice AV system, helped set up a bar for us, and mostly made the night a joy for every guest we had. I'll be back again!

This was an amazing venue, a hidden gem in the Pilsen neighborhood. William and his family were great host and made sure to be of services at any point we needed it. I appreciate their hospitality and care for our event. I look forward to many more events in this amazing space.

This was an amazing, unique location for our bachelorette party! We loved everything about it. We were able to plug in music to their overhead system, dance all over the place, and be rowdy all in the safety of one private location due to COVID. Both hosts were SO willing to help with anything we needed. I was able to text them before and during the event, and they always responded promptly or literally came running to help. It was awesome. While there is no AC, but that was compensated with a huge garden fan and they provided lots of ice. Just pay attention to the weather and maybe bring more fans if it's a hot day. We will definitely keep this space in mind for other large events.

Everyone did a great Job. The host made us feel very comfortable and was very attentive with everything throughout our shoot. Even though I booked it last minute everything turned out great.
