House Rules: -CAN byob  -CAN use kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, sink,) -CAN use all furniture and objects for set designing -CAN use stage -CAN use games / instruments / props (upon request) -CAN install into the walls for *exhibitions only* (upon request) -CANNOT sell alcohol or illegal substances on the premises -CANNOT exchange cash on the premises (including tips) -CANNOT smoke cigarettes inside the premises -CANNOT open invite *60 persons max occupancy *If any alcohol is on the premises, the event must be strictly 21+ *Depending on the event, this venue may require that you hire our security team for $20/hour per person (size of security team will differ depending on event)
