About the Space
This studio is an inviting space with lovely natural lighting and a contemporary feel. Our 600 sq. ft. space accommodates up to 24 people seated around our large farm tables, or 40-50 people if guests are standing. We have ample street parking and are located in Magnolia, the heart of Seattle. Private Event Space The studio is perfect for your next special event (business functions, private celebrations, receptions, yoga classes, dinner parties, girls' night out, book club, poetry reading, and more!). Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

This space was perfect for our small baby shower! Julie was fantastic to work with leading up to the event and day-of. The space was just like the photos and street parking was easy to find. Our guests had a great time admiring the art as well! Would absolutely recommend this lovely space and hope to book again in the future!

I hosted a sip and paint night for my work friends and the space was absolutely perfect! We had a small group of 10 painters and we all felt so inspired by the beautiful art around us. The host was very helpful and informative I had everything I needed to have a super smooth and fun event.
