The staff at Jay Suites were very helpful and polite. One of them loaned me a charger cord when mine stopped working and they were adept at setting up our zoom link. The room we rented was suitable for our needs - first floor and good location. Sound was okay, not great. Unfortunately, the on site booking system and the PeerSpace software do not talk to each other so there was a lot of confusion about the snack package we had ordered and paid for - staff telling me it didn't exist when I had receipt showing I had paid for it. In the end, the "recharge" snack we paid for wasn't worth what we paid. Bring your own snacks and save the money. Seriously. Finally, during our meeting there was a mouse running back and forth in the hallway just beyond the glass meeting doors. It was a distraction for our guests and made me wonder how clean the meeting spaces were.
