About the Space

Gorgeous, beautifully designed well lit private workshop space with a stunning conference table. The vintage look kitchen is available to use with your daily or half daily rental. It holds a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, keurig as well as 14 cup capacity coffee machine. We offer unlimited water and coffee with your rental. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Acworth. Rates: $250 for 4hrs | $500 for 8 hours 4hr minimum on all rentals Space Details: - 16 Chairs - High-Speed WIFI - Free Parking - Monitor with HDMI Hookup - Outside Food Allowed Ideal Space for: - Workshops - Training - Corporate Events - Meetups - Mixers - Intimate Gatherings - And more!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Debbie and the venue! What a beautiful person inside out. My guests also loved the venue space and said they’d definitely consider Debbie and her space for their future events! Will definitely go through her again!

We used this venue as part of our wedding day as a “getting ready” venue since our wedding venue wasn’t able to accommodate us until a couple hours before our ceremony. Debbie was aware of this need when we booked it and went above and beyond to make sure it was well suited for this. The space was beautiful and allowed for some quality photos for the groom and groomsmen. The groomsmen were very impressed with the space and the ability to use the conference room TV to watch sports. Debbie also left a message for the groom and me congratulating us as well as providing us a wedding gift, which we both thought was very sweet of her to do, especially someone she had no connection with prior to this rental. We would recommend this space for anyone needing it prior to their wedding, for a small party, or a team meeting. It has all the amenities you need and then some. We couldn’t ask for anything better on our special day.

Yes, I would book again.

Debbie was very timely in her responses and a very helpful host! The room is just as pictured, and it was helpful for our shoot! The one thing for production companies to keep in mind is that the room is not ideal for sound. There are active office spaces surrounding the room with the occasional train in downtown Acworth as well. We found that using sound blankets to help dampen the sound of the room and other spaces was helpful, but overall, the aesthetics of the room and the location in Acworth were what we needed!

Beautiful space and stunning shots form this location. For video shoots, consider booking on the weekend to keep down the noise and traffic from other occupants. Overall it was perfect for our shoot!
