This beautiful 1.2 million dollar mansion is located in Glendale, CA. 15 minutes from Hollywood. Very easy to park on Naranja dr. You have access to the whole house. We have two rooms that have a music studio in it, in case you are looking for that. Beautiful large backyard with a coy pond and a 150 lb turtle! Come to the pocket collective for your next film or photo shoot.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
