We've hosted all sorts of activities in the past and are certain our space is perfect for your next production. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The hosts were a dream and couldn't have been nicer to work with! The house was very accomodating to our outdoor furniture shoot and was exactly as pictured in the listing. We will go back again!

The East Bluff house was incredible! Hosts were quick to respond and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Space was even better than how it appeared in the photos. All in all 100% would recommend this location for photo or video shoot!
