OUR STAGE COMES AS-IS (PAINT, COLOR, CONDITION). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SCUFFING OF THE STAGE FLOOR. If the state of the stage paint is worse than before your rental, we will charge the paint re-touching fee. We can provide shoe booties upon request. If you would like the stage floor re-touched before your rental, we can do so for $600. If you would like the stage painted a different color, we can do so for $1,900, which covers the cost of the new color, plus the cost to paint it back to white once your rental is over. This stunning 2400 sq foot production studio is the perfect place for your next creative project. Rent our studio space for $100/hour for the space, China Ball Lights & Dimmer Package, and access to our working Grip Package. •Minimum 4 hours includes load in and load out time •A full day rental is 10 hours, any additional hours over 10 will be charged at $125/extra hour.
