About the Space

Our gallery is a unique and sophisticated space for artists, creatives, and event planners looking for a one-of-a-kind venue to host their next gathering. Located in a post-war townhouse in the heart of the Upper East Side, the space boasts a sleek and modern design, with large windows that let in an abundance of natural light, and a beautiful and cozy backyard. The space features an open floor plan, making it ideal for a variety of events, including art exhibitions, pop-up shops, product launches, book signings, fashion shows, marriage proposals, and more. The possibilities are endless! We hold art exhibitions on a regular basis in the space. Events that fit into our curated decor are preferred, yet artwork may be removed upon request. Please note that there is an additional cost for the service. With a spacious main room and a smaller back gallery, we are geared with movable tracking light on the 12-foot ceiling. Our gallery is equipped with Wi-Fi and has ample power outlets, making it easy to showcase digital works or provide AV presentations. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on site for your catering needs. We also have folding tables and chairs available for use at no additional cost. Located in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of foot traffic, our gallery space is easily accessible by public transportation ( within minutes of walk from 86th & Lexington Ave and 77th & Lexington Ave subway stations) and has street parking in front of the gallery building and public parking right next door for those driving. Our dedicated team is easy to work with to provide support and ensure your smooth use of the space. The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim Museum, and many other restaurants, bars, and galleries are also within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
