About the Space
Silicon Valley commercial recording studio only a 25 min drive from SJC Int'l Airport. Two 500 sq ft studios, plus four connected control rooms for recording/editing/mixing/mastering. Studio A features a 7' 1901 Steinway grand piano. Studio B features a 6'x5' isolation booth. Both studios are good for filming any type of content, beyond just music. Full service kitchen, outside grill & 36' flattop griddle. 2+ acres of live oak trees. Tour bus plus trailer parking available & the interior space can sleep up to seven artists and/or crew.

With advance coordination, we can accommodate up to 10 passenger vehicles, 6 vans or two tour buses.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are multiple security cameras around the interior and exterior of the facility. If they need to be disabled due to artist management requirements, advance notice is necessary.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All public spaces are reviewed prior to any on-site arrivals, including shared restroom facilities, doors and door handles, stair railings, all furniture and any other seating.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
