We are available for private events of all kinds including music recitals, spoken-word performances, comic acts, weddings, receptions, and parties. Two spaces available in your rental: the first photos are an easily accessible street-level space equipped with Full lights, sound and a stage which can welcome up to 50 people. The basement is a much larger events center with custom lights that can hold around 60 people. people. Performance space with great Acoustics We provide recording services with have a full back line for Live bands. $75 For each session Performance space is equipped with a bar, live stream cameras (additional cost). Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
