No windows in our studio but our studio is lit by daylight LEDs.

My studio is located in very quite 'Business Park' and it's dead quite on the weekend. Also, if you're recording the sound, the HVAC system can be turned off.

Ground Floor

My studio can be accessed from either front or back. If you have lots of gears to unload, a double back doors can be opened with a ramp.

There's kitchen area which can be turned into a separate room for talent and there's a makeup station in the studio.

There's a several power outlets available throughout the studio and if you need to access the circuit breaker, please let us know, one of our staffs will be there all the time.

You agree to the following when you book with us. TOV Studio Rental Agreement: Renter and its personnel, assigns, employees, contractors and clients are required to observe any rules and regulations required by TOV Studio and reserves the right to remove from the premises any individual who violates the studio’s rules. *Cyclorama comes as-is, if you wish it to be repainted for your booking, please request in advance. The repainting fee for our 40’ CYC wall is $200. Also if you leave any footsteps on a curved area, there will be $100 charge for the re-painting. NO EXCEPTION!! *No alcoholic beverages, smoking or drugs (non-prescription or illegal) permitted in the studio; a $250 fine will be charged for each incident. *Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics; live music bands must be approved in advance. The studio is not soundproof, but it’s located in a very quiet area. *No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. *No pets allowed without prior consent of a studio representative. *Maximum of ten (10) people in Renter’s party (unless arranged in advance) *Renter assumes responsibility for himself/herself and any individuals who enter the studio space during the renter’s designated time. *Renter agrees to comply with all safety regulations set forth by OSHA and any safety guidelines issued by TOV Studio. *The use of fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. *The use of combustibles or fire is prohibited without the proper permit(s) and advance notice and coordination with TOV Studio rep. *Any firearms, explosive, and live ammunition are strictly prohibited; props such as rubber or plastic guns are permitted only within the stage area and may not be brandished outside the perimeter of the stage area. *Our studio is protected by video surveillance 24/7. COVID-19 AWARENESS Due to COVID-19, the 'ABSOLUTE' maximum attendees are 10 people (unless arranged with us) and everyone must wear a mask when they enter. This must be adhered during the entire booking except the people in front of camera. If not followed during your booking, your booking will be terminated immediately and asked to leave without refund. Also, no FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed during your time. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and YOU SHOULD FACTOR THIS SETUP & TEARDOWN TIME IN YOUR BOOKING HOURS! Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Also, Please Do not DRAG anything on the floor. MISCELLANEOUS There is no food, drinks, or smoking (anything illegal) allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
