-Photoshoots -Film Shoots This tree house studio oasis surrounded by greenery, vast views, good vibes, unique outdoor vignettes and gorgeous light everywhere. We sit on over acre of land up in the hills in Mount Washington on a little compound looking over the city and mountains. We have many private areas, multiple decks, and lots of great places to shoot. I'm a boudoir photographer so everything is clean, soft and sexy :-) The studio loft with beautiful natural light all day long. We have SE light in the am and west light in the other big windows till sunset. Amenities include: - Dedicated hair & makeup station with vanity lights - TV - Private Parking - bathroom - Wardrobe rack - Steamer - Air conditioning & heat - Outdoor with shade shooting options - Outdoor with field shooting options - Beautiful deck and views -Conveniently located near all major LA freeways *Anything down the stairs (silver chair with mirrors) (Backdrops) (Big Patio, Roses Tub) rents out for an additional fee, so please inquire if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
