About the Space
33x40' (1,320 sq ft.) Our space is currently available for recurring dance and fitness classes and one-time rehearsals, and workshops. Available for all types of dance and fitness: salsa, tango, hip-hop, ballroom, zumba, yoga, and group activities that complement our vision of a co-working / co-flourishing space for the visual and performing arts. No tap or flamenco shoes.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Who ever I was in contact with prior to arriving was very polite and accommodating. As far as the person who was there while I hosted my event…. Attitude was atrocious. I brought some beverages for the ladies the drink after the class I held and asked if I could put them in the fridge or freezer and I was met with a rude “ you should’ve brought ice & we don’t do that”. A simple “no , I won’t be able to accommodate that” would have sufficed. At the end of the class came up and apologized & said he didn’t know I was the name on the reservation. So that’s how you’d treat someone other than the renter? I think the space is great but I won’t be rebooking because of his attitude, the woman who I was talking to Anita I believe was VERY nice.
