We are able to accommodate conference (up to 12 people), theater (up to 20) or single user setups. Or opening our sound proof partition wall to adjoining space increases available square footage to 730 sq ft and can accommodate up to 45. Our space is also ideal for those who work from home and need a convenient space to conduct meetings with clients and/or teams. Accessibility: • Our room is handicap accessible. • There is metered street parking in front of the building (free after 6pm), and public garages nearby. • Both the Embarcadero and Montgomery MUNI and BART Stations are an easy stroll to and from our building. With a perfect location in the Financial District, our meeting and work space connects our guests to the heart of the city. We are located just blocks from the Embarcadero and within walking distance of the iconic cable cars, Transamerica Pyramid, and the North Beach neighborhood. Nearby you will find local sustainable casual restaurant options, exquisite dining, boutique and five-star hotels, the Embarcadero Center, Chinatown, North Beach, The San Francisco Ferry Building Marketplace, a Planet Fitness and FedEx on the ground level of our building.
