All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Warehouse space is located in frog town/Atwater on the border of Glendale. Space is perfect for photo production: fashion, portrait, family shoots, still life. Video production: fashion, interview, music videos. We have different backdrops available and the front room has plenty of natural lighting. Pre-designed spaces can be as seen in pictures or space can be cleared out (please specify preference at time of booking). Additional props/furniture available (Props frequently change and may not be available unless arranged ahead of time. Please specify preference at time of booking). We have two designated parking spots in front of the building & there is also free street parking all day! 2000 sq ft 17' ceilings Front room 17'W x 19'L Brick back drop 16'W x 8'H Garland back drop 8'W x 6'H Outdoor alleyway (available mainly on weekends) Different back drops all within 2000 square feet! Brewery that serves food across the way! **Please note building is not sound proof & we do have neighbors

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

This was a great space for shooting. We were able to capture 4 different interviews that looked like they were shot in different locations. Very quiet besides the occasional train every couple of hours. Very helpful and we were able to use their nice furniture to build our own sets! Thank you!

Yes, I would book again.

The space was great! Trang and her sister are very accommodating - we needed an outdoor space and this was more than adequate, we were able to set up several photo backdrops in the space. Trang is very communicative and I would 100% book again from them.

I found this location for a music video I was producing and wow. This space is amazing - so much to choose from to dress the location. Also, Trang will set up all the large items for you and have everything ready to shoot and light once you walk in the door. Besides the location being everything and more it is important to state how amazing Trang was. She is very responsive, helpful, and overall a great person to work with. She had everything set up for us, was in and out fo the location which allowed us to have our space to shoot, but was still around enough to help with any questions or concerns we may have needed. Would definitely book this place again! Only downfall - if you are planning on recording sound it is a little difficult due to how busy the street is and the constant train passing by, but other that that this location is AMAZING!

Trang and Truong are wonderful and amazing hosts. My team and I used their space for a video shoot and it provided us with four different backdrops that Trang and Truong kindly set up for us. Leading up to the booking, communication was fantastic, I would send them questions and I'd get a response pretty briefly, they'd also communicate any concerns they have for project. Such as an event going on or something that their neighbors are doing which helped me trust them easily. This is an awesome place for video and/or photo shoots and the hosts are very kind and wonderful people.

Perfect space for my needs, and great having so many prop options! Trang was very helpful and accommodating, would rent this space again!
