- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was extremely responsive. The space is as advertised. As we own a large media company we had to film a staff meeting showing unruly employees. We were a tad bit louder than expected but Lauren was a great sport. Us being louder than expected actually made me feel uncomfortable as the room is right near the reception desk and I love to be a fly on the wall when I'm in someone's professional space but Lauren did not micromanage or scold my crew. We cleaned up promptly after finishing. I attempted to wash the cups that were provided to our crew but Lauren insisted that they would wash them in the dishwasher. The space sits as many people that are advertised. I would recommend this venue to anyone needing a quiet meeting space.

Lauren and the Dream Meeting room met all of our expectations. The space had everything we needed to conduct our off-site Executive Meetings...and we re-booked for the next day when the meeting ran longer than expected. Lauren was very accommodating and helpful. The area around Urban Worx is great with lots of nice options for food and parking. We look forward to booking again in the future.

This meeting space was perfect for my team's retreat. The room has beautiful lighting, and is comfortable and welcoming. The use of a community kitchen area and office support was perfect. I would highly recommend this space for any off-site meetings and special events.
