Their rate is $150.00 for the evening. - Rental must include setup and breakdown time. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The best thing about this venue is that we were able to work a package to include table linens and chairs & tables. We were able to add our own touches and it made for a cute, cozy family baby shower. The bathrooms were in great condition and we were able to have an outside table. The host was helpful and in the kitchen the whole time, so for small things we were able to get help, for example, she loaned us an edge table at the last minute.
