Our beautiful rustic great room is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling of up to 50 people. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables and seating for 20 Fire place 46" TV Decorative accent lighting Beautiful high ceilings Stacked stone accents We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available near the space but space is very limited. We recommend ride sharing. Ask us for additional information. Space is not fully private. This is a residential building. Residents could access the space by walking through to other areas. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
