Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events with catering. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is some parking available around the community but we do recommend ride sharing . Ask us for any additional information you might need. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I felt the process to reserve was extremely easy. It's a large area and had a conference meeting room as well. Very nice. However! room for improvement is needed. The parking was easy, however, I would ask for very specific steps. The steps were not correct. For example, there is no lower lobby to go to. Once you're in the clubhouse, the tall table had 3 large succulents, however, a few mosquitos were present and not 100% clear or tidy. In addition, the table could have used a good wipe down and/or a walkthrough before our reservation. Close to the time we were wrapping up, tenants would walk in as well. I would book again, however, very specific requests I would need to make.

Wow. What an amazing event we were able to have at this beautiful and professional location. We had approximately 35 guests and each of them were in awe when arriving to the location. Parking was simpel and easy, despite the other reviews that mentioned issues with the gate access, we had no problem with guests arriving and finding parking. The staff was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating from the point of booking and everything in between leading up to the event. I highly recommend booking this space if you are looking to host in a space that is unique, clean and modern.

The staff and the space were absolutely perfect. We had a challenge of getting a gate code that worked for guests, but the staff were so quick to resolve the issue. Our guests loved the party and it was really a perfect space to have a party. The only challenge is putting up signage so that guests didn't get lost once they arrived on the property. The clubhouse is down a few hallways that can all start to look the same. It was an excellent space and I would definitely rent it again.

This was a beautiful venue to have our company Christmas party. With a little creativity we brought our own Christmas decor to add a little holiday spirit. But the place is gorgeous as is. And Parking is plentiful. The only thing I would recommend is that you make sure you have staff help to have your audio and visual system up and running before your event takes place, including the fireplace, and may have to bring your own billiard supply to play. Minor details but very NICE place to rent.

Overall, this beautiful space was perfect for our family gathering! The customer service was great, we had several family members who had trouble accessing the parking entrance and the staff were willing to help us get into the guest parking on the top level of the parking structure. The elevator available in the parking structure was very helpful to bring in food for our event which was on the main level. The space was very accommodating for our big family. We were able to use the TV in the conference room to set up a slideshow of our family photos, and set up a dessert table in the conference room as well. The main space was very clean and modern and there were plenty of seating available. The kitchen area was open concept so very easy to get food and still hold conversations with families throughout the event. Extra seating just outside the community room was very nice and clean, and family got to enjoy time together under the afternoon sun.
