Our spacious executive conference room is perfect for any off-site meeting or gathering. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and collaboration. A large TV is available for all presentation needs. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with conference table and chairs Decorative accent lighting Fully private space Large TV We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available at the community but we do recommend ride sharing. Ask us for any additional information you might need. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. On the day of our event, we had trouble getting assistance from the property agents. Wifi was not set up or working, sound system was not set up nor were we shown how to use it. We had to call to have someone turn on the fireplace. The outside heaters that we were told would be available did not have propane tanks in them, then they mentioned we would have to bring our own, on the day of the event. The pool table only had ONE cue stick. No soap, no utensils, no trash cans inside the venue. These things are minor but very frustrating when you are limited in time. I would think if they KNEW they have an event, that it would be set up and ready to use. I was just very grateful they left the garage door open for all our guest to come through. I would book again, just make sure everything is set and in place before any event will take place. The venue is beautiful and intimate. And all our guest enjoyed themselves, inspite of all the behind the scenes ordeals that went on.

The site severely lacks signage and onsite coordination to receive guests. Someone else was using our booked conference room when we arrived. I texted for assistance and when the onsite contact showed up, she confirmed she would return at 1pm (when we were done with our space), to review my concerns. She never showed up and I waited 40 minutes to speak to her. Overall the coordination was unprofessional. I do not recommend.

It was a beautiful, comfortable space. While we were not able to connect our computer to the screen (Mac challenges), I appreciate the above and beyond service the team provided to try and help.

A very attractive and secure meeting space in a luxury residential building. We filmed a webseries and the only concerns were the noisy refrigerator in the room and outside the windows in the photo is the swimming pool for the complex, which can be a more noisy area.
