Gian S. booked a baby shower for 22 people
The space was very nice. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our baby shower. The process was very easy from start to finish and the guests were all very pleasantly surprised about the game room. We had proper electrical outlets for all our needs. We were able to move items with the permission of the on-site staff to accommodate our chairs and tables. There was garbage facility and nice bathroom facilities. This space also had a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge which made our food service very easy. The space has an outside entrance if people wanted to go directly outside and was close enough to the parking area to bring items in and out.
Rich D. booked a documentary interview shoot for 4 people
A good spot of you just want to play games or entertain. DO NOT BOOK for filming of any kind. Residents will be coming in and out of the space, it's backed up to a noisy leasing office and the heat had been out for a month before we booked but that wasn't mentioned until we arrived for our interview and we couldn't rebook. Our interview was ruined because of this location. While the onsite leasing staff was very nice the peerspace is handled by someone off-site. Someone who doesn't communicate clearly, someone who doesn't stand behind their offering, someone who will not work to correct their mistakes, someone who takes no ownership over the location. This location single handedly ruined my experience with peerspace after dozens of successful bookings. No wonder the tenant reviews are so bad.
Hadley B. booked a production for 6 people
The space was as pictured, but since it was in the middle of a community building at an apartment complex, there was unexpected foot traffic through the space, which we had reserved for our exclusive use during that time. Lauren was helpful and responsive with everything we needed before hand.
