Our beautiful club room is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Pool use not permitted. Restroom(s) are near the space. We recommend visiting the facility before booking to ensure it will suit your needs. To schedule a tour, please submit an inquiry! The adjacent game room can be added to the reservation for $90/hour! Please see below.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amazing place!
We had a nice time celebrating my sister’s baby sprinkle in this space! Lauren was responsive & the space was exactly how you see in the pictures. Thank you!

Space was beautiful as I remembered and the associate who works at the leasing office was so kind! Things to note if you book… there is absolutely nothing provided unlike the usual hall. You are expected to clean but there are absolutely no cleaning products including trash bags or a broom! This makes it difficult as I had to find trash bags at 2 gas stations during closing time and none sold brooms. I had to also purchase Clorox wipes…you also have to load your car with trash to dispose. This is still available to the tenants so you will have random people going through your event which is a bit awkward. The thermostat is in the leasing office so when it got chilly at night… some of my guests had to leave. Overall, an awesome space if you plan on doing an add on of the game room. I just wished it was more accommodating to guests as you’d expect at a venue aka simple supplies.

This was a beautiful venue - perfect for a baby shower. The folks on location were very informative and flexible. It was a wonderful day. I would definitely recommend this venue.

The space worked great for our graduation event. All my guests remarked how nice the Club and Game Room were. Lauren was so helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed hosting a surprise 60th birthday here! The lodge Room showed in the photos is open to the front door and the leasing office for the apartment complex this is part of. The agent at the leasing office who assisted us day of was very helpful and easy to work with. Since this was a surprise party we actually stayed mostly in the adjoining game room with a bar and billiards table. It was easy to book and the host replied quickly. Parking is a little tight but it worked out.
