Chinatown Event Space Our event spaces provide the ideal environment for like-minded people to collaborate, display their ideas and merge their talents. We are located on the top floor of a beautiful Chinatown building with direct views to the Manhattan Bridge and flooded with eastern light. STUDIO + SKYLIGHT CAFE The combined spaces offer: 1,450 sq./ft surface Cocktail Style gathering: 100 standing Sit down dinner gathering: 44 guests (capacity can change depending on furniture used) STUDIO Our 850 sq./ft Studio is the perfect setting for: photo shoots seminars press conferences off-site meetings pop-up showrooms art installations private dinner party Capacity: Cocktail Style gathering: 70 standing Sit down dinner gathering: 20 guests Seated gathering: 40 guests (capacity can change depending on furniture used) CAFE Our 600 sq/ft Cafe (which can also be booked alongside The Studio) will enhance your event with catering in a striking and intimate space. Capacity: Cocktail Style gathering: 30 standing Sit down dinner gathering: 24 guests Our space is a platform for creative people to thrive and get inspired.

Health and Safety Measures
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

After looking at a number of spaces, we found this unique and creative loft-like space for our client event. The space is rustic elegant and has a polished feeling...all in a very authentic NY area. You are not in a cold gallery space, which many of the others options were. It feels warm and artistic and you don't have the echo of a an empty gallery space. The client support from Avalon and Tomas was fantastic, attending to every need we had and in a timely manner. Our clients were wowed by the space and my partner hosts loved it. I would absolutely host another event here again. Thanks so much for making our event a great one!

The space was great! We booked for a workshop, and the group had a good time. Avalon was very easy to work with, and she helped us with the chair rental. She made sure we had everything we needed to have a successful event.

Would highly recommend for any intimate events you're looking to host. The two sectioned space really makes for the perfect party and the lift up to the space gives a NY feeling to lead you into the space. The host was extremely helpful - couldn't have asked for a better location.
