All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Are you looking for a place to teach your creative classes? (Acting, Improv, Stand Up, etc) This is an incredible space for it. Max capacity: 50 3 HOUR MINIMUM - per booking FOR LARGER EVENTS (Parties, Film Festivals, Seminars, etc) Please inquire for pricing This is an incredible space for it. We're looking for those who want a longer term place teach your students. This is a 3500 square foot film studio with all of the amenities and more to teach your creative classes. It can fit up to 36 student comfortably and has black stage curtain backdrops, a 16x9 foot movie screen and 2 live cameras. Kitchen, green room and Production Office (upon request) (This listing is NOT for the use of green screen studio. Please look up Genetic Code Pictures on this site for that)

We usually have spots free inside of our private parking lot but all street parking around the facility is free and unmetered.
General Rules
No smoking inside of the building
Garbage would be required to put in bins outside
Coordination of class hours place into a schedule
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my event so I wasn't able to meet Jake or see the space in person, but he was always very responsive when I messaged him -- both in timeliness and in accommodation!
