About the Space
Very unique and wonderful Western Town. Over 12 acres of land. Has Horse facility, full Saloon/Bar, Bunkhouse, Stagecoach Depot, Stage, Fire pit, Cemetery, cowboy house on 10 acres, period correct wagon, buggy and stagecoach, jail, blacksmith shop, deck, old building facade and and old mine. Perfect for filming, photo shoots or your special event. The property is magical at night with special lighting, scenes and a usable fire pit. Easy access of main hwy. Located in Agua Dulce. Decorated with antiques.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We couldn't have possibly found a better location for our shoot! The photos don't do this amazing location enough justice. You need to go check it out and see all the opportunities it offers for highly cinematic and photogenic shots. The host was extremely helpful throughout the process and offered a ton of services along with nearby resources to make sure our shoot went smoothly. Highly recommend!

BEST location with BEST owner. Brett is super helpful and responsive and did so many kind things to help our production go smoother. It’s so impressive to work with a location owner who has production experience himself. Definitely 1000% recommend!!! Brett you are the best🥹🥹🥹

This is by far one of the most creative spaces I’ve been fortunate enough to rent. It is an absolute gem and the host Brett and his Wife are fine examples of what Peerspace is all about. They catered to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had any and everything we needed on their set. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Walked in strangers to a set and left out family. Will be returning to this amazing set!!!
