About the Space
Film Stage with White wall and Pre-lit Green screen....We have done numerous Music videos, Commercials, Photo Shoots, Interviews, Seminars, Tv, Showcases, Poker nights and all sorts of special parties.....….It has a 1900' main film area, 19' ceilings, green rooms, kitchen and lounge area....The Stage area can hold up to about 100 persons seated and approximately 150 people standing. There are parking spaces, street parking and a free public parking lot 1/2 block away.Also great for Networking, Workshops, Meetings etc. Depending on circumstances, our prices may be negotiable. We will do everything possible to make your budget work.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
