Intimate space. We had a dinner party celebration. The lister was very responsive, however some questions that would be considered FAQ were unknown. Make sure that you stay in the area of the booking place . Emphasis on this being a creative space, so expect that other events are happening. This was clear on the booking listing. We did booked the venue in august and were hoping to arrange a tour prior to the event, however there were no available times to schedule tour based on the their calendar. Being that most of our organizers were not local, we would have had to book a tour in advance. We tried setting an appointment the week of the event via calendy to see the space prior based on the days they said they were available for tours (Tuesdays and Thursdays), however they had not opened the calendar yet. I reached out in the morning and was told that they had not opened the calendar yet. Later on, they apologized, and said they were not available for those days and was only available on Wednesday. I think they could have offered another option (maybe a virtual tour) since they provided days for touring that weren’t available. So we ended up seeing the venue the day of the event. I think the driveway leading up to the the creative space could be more presentable in landscape (maybe repave ? Add some shrubs?) As far as the add ons , we received everything we needed (chairs, tables etc). I think that the sizes and diameters of the tables should be listed in the booking area (or in a FAQ section) so that people can know should they decide to bring their own tablecloths. I think knowing the name of the staff manager that will be on sight before the event would be helpful (maybe have staff shirts?). Once we did connect with the on site manager, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. (10/10 for him 😊) The space had some leaks from the crack in the ceiling on the stage and we had to rearrange seating. I would recommend a wall air conditioner for more circulation. Though the air was on, the vents were not pushing out the amount of air needed to cool the place effectively. We bought some toilet paper as there wasn’t any in the bathroom at the time. Again I’m writing this long review not to bash , but to improve the quality of this space because it has so much potential. The event went so well and we have a great time.

I was dissapointed that this host was not accommodating to the fact that the government was blocking me and my production team and cast members from making it to the location on time. They were not willing to understand the situation all for a buck. This location DID NOT look like its photos, and because of the person who says "I just work here" negative demeanor, I was completely turned OFF! I can sense the attitude on the phone call and I seen the sassy-ness in person. The negative energy was uncomfortable for everyone, and I would like my refund please.
