About the Space
Private spacious 1800 sqft studio with cyclorama and 12ft ceilings. Available for all photo, film, TV and music video production shoots. Great location in Long Island City, one block from the waterfront and famous Pepsi Cola Sign . Perfect staging studio for location shoots on the waterfront, with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Hip neighborhood with great cafes and restaurants. 15 min from Midtown Manhattan Subway access - 7 E M G TRAINS L.I.C - Ferry Stop also1 block away STUDIO RENTAL INCLUDES - Make Up station 5 - C- Stands 3 Phase 100 AMP Power with portable Distro Box. Apple boxes Sand Bags Foam Core V flats Clothes Steamer Ironing Board and Iron 3 Clothes Racks, with 50 Hangers. Wifi Coffee Machine Drink Fridge Color Printer Office Production Space Lounge / Meeting area. In House Lighting, Camera and Digital Capture Equipment list available on request. Additionally we can sub rent any equipment you might require. Selection of seamless background color papers. Green Screen also available. Photographer/Videographer / Assistant / DP available on site upon request, rate will be negotiated depending on scale of the production. Access to Freight Elevator - with drive in loading dock Cyclorama Dimensions - 11ft Wide x 15ft Long The Cyclorama will be freshly painted white for every 8-hour booking. A fresh coat can be requested for 4 hour bookings for an additional $60. O/T will be charged at 1.5 x the hourly rate. O/T will also be charged for entry before 8:00 am

Don’t hesitate, just book! Literally the best host ever! Tony was SO responsive, helped us when our photographer had technical difficulties and was available on sight whenever we needed any more help. He stayed in his office and we’d forget he was there that’s how out of the way he was until needed. Most definitely booking with him again.
