Please read host rules before arriving onsite. How to properly book time? Bookings begin at the time the first person arrives on site. Please plan to book time accordingly, as we will not allow early access to the driveway or home. If early arrival occurs on-site the company will be charged for that time. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Amazing natural light, vaulted ceilings, large spaces, light bright neutral interiors, and an expansive view of the pristine Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis. What activities work well in your space? Photoshoots or videos in kitchen, dining, patio, primary bedroom, and ensuite. What is the layout of the space, and how can different areas be used? Open concept kitchen, living, dining, outdoor patio. Master bed and bath can be used for photoshoots as well. Additional spaces (i.e. office) can be added on for an hourly rate, please contact the host to inquire if you would like to use other spaces. How many guests fit comfortably standing versus seated?
