Our Main building has 24 parking spaces available. Events having 30 or more guests, we require organizers to hire a minimum of one parking lot attendant throughout the event. Valet services are required for events with 80 or more guests at this location. *Current restriction of no more than 30 guests to an event.

In order to best serve the needs of our resident artists, we only permit use of the studio for events of an artistic nature (dance classes, rehearsals , runway training, etc) If you're not sure if your event falls under these parameters please ask prior to booking. Social events aren't permitted and will be refunded. Participant waiver required for aerial/acrobatic arts. Instructors/performers must provide proof of insurance. Guests must sign liability waiver prior to participation in athletic or physical arts. No food, drink (except water) on dance flooring. NO HARD ALCOHOL, illicit substances, or firearms premises. ASK ABOUT OUR STRICT PARKING POLICIES! Noise should be kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb neighbors. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in, and should factor this setup and teardown time within their booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
