Our studio is equipped & ready for all forms of production. Video, custom photography, modeling classes - this space has been used for everything. Please inquire about your specific requirements. Our professional staff will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Our 2000 square foot studio rental comes loaded with the following amenities: • Lighting (strobes and continuous) reflector, umbrellas, softboxes, colored gels •3 different backdrop areas • Main shooting area • Changing room/ beauty room with large vanity mirror • Waiting area with plenty of seating for clients and groups • Large dance studio style mirrors on main wall • Kitchen area • Bathroom with stand-up shower • High ceilings • Green Screen • Wireless Bluetooth speaker set-up • High-speed WiFi *We also provide custom photo & video shoots with hair & MUA provided upon request

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
