Pricing will be increased for events scheduled for December 1st through January 1st. The hourly rate will be $180 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Our beautiful, bright club room is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that are serving snacks or finger foods. The space features: • Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables • Partial kitchen includes - mini fridge, sink, large island and bar stools • Dining table with seating • Ping Pong table • 2 TV's • Beautiful fire place • Decorative accent lighting • Private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some street parking is available but it is very limited. We recommend using ride share services, or parking in the retail lot down the street and walking. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The host was very responsive and gave me all the details I needed in order to get to the space. The space looked even better than I expected. There was more than enough space for the event I was hosting for my wife and she enjoyed herself during the event. I wasn't able to get the TV's to work so we just used my laptop and bluetooth speaker to stream music and video. We did have people who weren't apart of the event randomly walk through the space during our event so it would be nice to have a sign for future events stating there is a private event happening. Overall, the space was perfect for our event and would use this space again in the future.

This place is amazing! Such a gem!! We rented the space for my daughters graduation party and everyone raved about how elegant the space was. The kitchen was huge and provided enough room for the food we catered in. Separate area for us to set up cute beverage containers too! The furnishings are ulta glam and modern! The seating area with couch and chairs are so comfy and stylish! Enough individual tables for small conversations and no one ever felt crowded! The patio- WOW! Wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and again so much seating - all comfy! I can’t say enough about this space! Working with Lauren was enjoyable and she was so quick to respond to all of my emails and questions during the booking process! I can’t rave enough about my experience here! I needed a space last minute and this locaton fit the bill. The set up allowed me to scale my budget way back (yay to saving coins). Working with Lauren(incorporate not location management) was easy, she responded very quickly and made me feel at ease. Booking and payment system is easy and quick. The location is right off Parkwood Blvd on the Plano/Frisco border. Straight down the street from the DFW Tollway. The location is lovely and clean. My event was a success in the end, so overall I am happy, with my choice. Cons: It is an open club house in an apartment complex near the main pool and above the gym; be prepared for the residents to "stop in" to see what you are doing. It would have been nice if management sent an email to the residents advising them of the private event so we didnt have any unwelcome visitors. There is not much parking or paid parking in the garage. If you park in the complex you risk being towed. It would have been nice to be able to use the TV'. to stream without having to pay for the full app. (MiraCast) Our walk through was unsuccessful, management was not available as previously arranged and maintence had no idea how to work anything except the lights. I would book again if the cost was reduced.

The space was beautiful for our video shoot! My only recommendations would be for the host/staff to put a sign on the door so residents are not entering during the shoot and also we needed to turn the venue's overhead music down but the contact person in the office was not able to figure out how to turn it off. We were trying not to have the music in our video shoot. Other than that the host was very easy to work with and would recommend the space!

Room was a great setting for our video shoot. Beautiful, bright. Only negative was the noise of people using the gym equipment on the first floor made it challenging during recording, but we managed to get everything we needed.
