Our beautiful club room is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). A ping-pong table will surely entertain the crowd! I really enjoyed hosting my baby shower here. The space was beautiful and comfortable for all of my guests. Because it was designed so well, it was very easy to decorate and complimented my theme well. The host was very communicative and kind. Accessing the space was easy and the tenants were also patient and helpful during my event.

We rented this space for a sweet 16 party for our twin girls. The room was ideal for us with plenty of room for about 45 guests to spread out. The kitchen facilities were also perfect to serve food and drinks to our guests. The only issue we had was connecting a macbook to the TVs to show a slide show. Not a big deal for us but would have been nice to have. Will definitely keep this space in mind for future events!

We had my moms 50th birthday party here & it was AMAZING! Most beautiful event & it went very smoothly. This would have been 5 stars but the code that was given was not active but luckily a resident was able to give me the correct code but it was very stressful not being able to enter. Other than that we all had a great time!

COMMUNICATION was poor the day of the party! We paid to gain access to the facility at 9:30am..we arrived at 9:25am. Our Event was to start at 2pm. The access code that was given to us by Lauren to get into the facility did not work. We called multiple times, texted and emailed her through the peer space app- no response..... 5 days later she responded and said we never reached out to her- in which we did and, showed her proof... in fact, the apartment complex reached out to her also on multiple attempts and was not able to get ahold of her either. The apartment complex's manager got ahold of Lauren's manager and, it was Lauren's MANAGER who FINALLY gave us access...She refunded us 200.00 dollars since we were able to get access at 11am. But from 930- 11am it was very stressful because we couldn't do any planning for our event- THAT WE PAID FOR.. yes, we were able to gain access at 11am but that put a huge time restraint on doing everything that we needed to do prior to the start of the event. We paid for more time for a reason. The place was nice but, there was no trash can and, the door to the bathroom was broken. Due to the lack of communication on the most important day- I'll never rent from her again.

We rented the place recently for a surprise birthday party the place is beautiful. Peerspace was very supportive through out until before the event. The day of event we reached there and saw there was group of people who were partying with drinks decor etc and when we asked did u rent they said no and were very hesitant to empty the space even when we said we have rented it. That wasted our time they were very intimidating. They left the place so dirty we had to clean the floor island and fridge. We took pictures with time stamp for proof. The management had not put the flyer that this was booked for private event as well. I had mentioned that tv remotes were not working they said management will take care. It was not working properly. The place is beautiful but the management is horrible.
