Our beautiful rooftop escape is perfect for any indoor/outdoor social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, min-fridge, large island and bar stools Private outdoor sky deck with sweeping views of Los Angeles equipped with seating, tables and a fire pit Beautiful View Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is parking in the Wilshire Garage located adjacent to the building. Parking is validated for the first 2 hours and $11 per hour after that, with a maximum daily rate of $22. You do have the ability to add the firepit and grill corner for an additional $150 per hour. Please see the "additions" to include this space. Photos available upon request. Beer, wine and champagne are permitted at any time. If you are planning to service hard alcohol/cocktails, you will be required to obtain a licensed bartender and event insurance through https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space with beautiful views of LA. It was perfect for our wine release/tasting. The guests all commented how great the event space was. One thing—- You do need to have a dedicated person in the lobby to key people up the elevator to the space so plan ahead on that

Beautiful interior and amazing view! This space was exactly as pictured, provided more than enough room for our party of 12, and building staff was very friendly and helpful during the event. A fantastic venue! Courtney was so communicative and helpful throughout the whole experience. I was able to go to venue prior to event to check on setup needs etc. The views are outstanding and the facilities are well maintained. A real gem in LA. The only niggle was the music system; there was no way to use your own music on the internal speakers in the roof/room etc. They were able to turn off their internal music and we provided some small speakers for inside. I had a birthday party of around 45 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The fire pit helped as it was a little chilly that evening too.The entire building staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this in heartbeat.
