Our beautiful rooftop escape is perfect for any indoor/outdoor social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, min-fridge, large island and bar stools Private outdoor sky deck with sweeping views of Los Angeles equipped with seating, tables and a fire pit Beautiful View Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is parking in the Wilshire Garage located adjacent to the building. Parking is validated for the first 2 hours and $11 per hour after that, with a maximum daily rate of $22. You do have the ability to add the firepit and grill corner for an additional $150 per hour. Please see the "additions" to include this space. Photos available upon request. Beer, wine and champagne are permitted at any time. If you are planning to service hard alcohol/cocktails, you will be required to obtain a licensed bartender and event insurance through https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was everything! I had my wedding and reception here. All 30 of us fit well and was very comfortable. I planned my wedding in 3 weeks and had no room for error with a venue. I flew up from the Bay Area so it was a mini destination wedding. The space was beautiful, views were beautiful and my vision of having a beautiful rooftop sunset wedding is exactly what I got. I wish I could attach photos for reference as to how we converted this small space From wedding to reception just from rearranging the chairs and adding some tables we had stored off to the side. Once they were set the space looked very different, just beautiful! (well not me, I was taking pictures but my crew handled it lol) I can go on and on but I’ll just say the event space is awesome and Courtney was great to work with.

Courtney was very responsive at most times and responded to our emails/texts promptly. The space was beautiful and perfect for a small wedding reception! We booked it mostly because of the 360 view of West LA but also because of its interior design. The space was big enough to hold our guests and they never had a problem with parking as it is provided in the venue. The people in the space made everything easier for us. We did have to hire someone to take our guests from the lobby to the actual space since the concierge is not responsible for it. But let that not stop you from booking this space.
