    Spacious and fully functional vintage motorcycle and hot rod garage. 4000 square feet. Roll up door can allow regular sized cars/trucks to enter the shop. Lounge area with tables. Small kitchen area with fridge & industrial sink Our show bikes and cars will be moved out of the way so you can use the space as much as possible. They can be rented as props for an additional cost. Available 7-days a week | Open 24/7 Front office could be use for a changing room / producer hub WITH AC The main shop space doesn't have any AC system, but we have industrial fans 100% modular, entire space is flexible and we will help you create the perfect sets Many nearby restaurants for catering options. We have: 2 restrooms industrial sink heavy-load capable electricity system, lots of plug-ins 3 parking spots on site, and free street parking lathe mill welding machines fire torch metal grinder (to make sparks!) two full size car lifts multiple bike lifts massive vintage harley parts area office space with a desk, couch, etc. professional sound system great natural light from skylights, windows, and roll-up door music equipment vintage motorcycles hot rods Custom show bikes/cars available for rent as props for additional fee Stunt riders & drivers available for additional fee

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
