Have your event outdoors! Our space offers a Backyard Rock Garden. We along with our community partners use this space for our community and late night events. We've had everything from late night mixers, interactive community advocate meetings, and BBQs.. Amenities: • Reception Area • Standing Capacity for up to 70 • Picnic Seating (4) with Additional Chairs (50) and Tables Available • Kitchen Access • Outdoor Lighting • Outdoor Hammock • Speaker and Mics • Outside Food is Allowed | No Alcohol • Free Parking Lot Rates: $100/hr Cleaning fee based on attendees: 0-50 = $100 cleaning fee 51-70 = $200 cleaning fee Ideal space for: • Networking • Corporate Events • Dinner Party • Lunch in • Spoken Word

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
