Parking is FREE!!! The whole neighborhood shares parking and parking on the street is also welcomed. It can be challenging depending on the events in the area. We encourage ride-sharing and suggest having events as early as possible when hosting on the weekend.

Ground Floor

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. -Return the space the way you got it -Take all trash to the dumpster and replace it with new trash bags -Whip down all tables and counters -Sweep the floors -Mop any spills or sticky areas DECORATIONS -No glitter, confetti, or anything like that inside and outside -Nothing can be attached to the wall (command strips, nails, tape) but you can attach to the windows and window frame. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. -Keep the inside furniture inside and the outside furniture outside -You can move around the inside furniture all you want, just make sure the wheels are unlocked -Outside you can move the furniture in the shipping container, but DO NOT move the tables, benches, or umbrellas. -If it’s windy, crank down the umbrellas so no one gets hit MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. -Discourage children from throwing gravel and rocks on the patio -No eating on the carpeted area- at all. -No sitting on tables, inside or outside -Don’t leave the doors propped open for longer than immediate loading and unloading.
